Retroverseworld Travel — Terms and Notices

1. Travel terms

Retroverseworld Travel is an enquiry-led discovery service. Listings, guide prices and itineraries are informational and do not constitute a confirmed booking, package offer or contract of carriage. A booking exists only when it is confirmed in writing by the relevant travel provider named in your confirmation. Retroverse World does not act as the travel organiser, agent or merchant of record for third-party listings unless that role is expressly stated in writing for a specific booking.

2. Price and availability disclaimer

All prices shown are indicative "from" prices supplied by the listing provider or curated by Retroverse World, and are subject to confirmation, seasonality, availability and exchange-rate movement. Prices and availability are subject to confirmation before any payment is requested. Exchange rates and digital-asset values on the Travel Pulse strip are indicative reference data, not a payment quote or financial advice.

3. Provider submission terms

By submitting an experience for consideration, you confirm that:

• you are authorised to act on behalf of the business named in the submission;
• the information supplied is accurate and kept up to date;
• submission does not guarantee review completion or publication;
• Retroverse World may decline, edit presentation of, suspend or remove a listing at its discretion;
• commercial terms (listing, referral, affiliate or resale) apply only once agreed in writing.

A provider is only described as "verified" after a documented verification process has been completed. Listings otherwise appear as "Listed by approved provider", meaning the submission passed moderation review, not that Retroverse World has audited the business.

4. Content licence terms

Providers grant Retroverse World a non-exclusive, revocable licence to display, resize and promote submitted text, images and video for the purpose of presenting the listing across Retroverse World pages and marketing. Providers warrant that they own or have licensed all submitted media. Content is removed on request or when a listing ends, except where cached copies persist temporarily in content-delivery infrastructure.

5. Affiliate and referral disclosure

Some listings may link to external booking sites. Where Retroverse World receives a commission or referral fee for bookings made through such links, the listing is marked "External booking" and the commercial relationship is recorded. Affiliate relationships never change the price you pay to the provider.

6. Cancellation responsibility

Cancellation, amendment and refund terms are set by the provider that confirms your booking and are stated in your booking confirmation. For Retroverse-quoted itineraries, the applicable terms are set out in the written quote. Always review the cancellation terms before paying any deposit.

7. Privacy notice for provider submissions and enquiries

Information submitted through the enquiry, custom-itinerary and provider-submission forms is used only to review, respond to and administer that request. Provider contact details are used to communicate about the listing, including secure edit links sent to the verified business email. We do not sell personal data. Data is retained only as long as needed for the request, legal obligations or an ongoing listing relationship. To request access, correction or deletion, contact travel@retroverseworld.click.

8. Media and AI-generated visuals

Some destination visuals on the Travel page are AI-generated and are labelled "AI-generated destination visual". They illustrate the atmosphere of a destination and are not documentary evidence of a specific package, lodge or departure.
