Help Build Africa’s Trusted Digital Gateway
Retroverse World is building a trusted African-centred platform connecting people, businesses, information, travel and financial services. EziMoney is the first major transactional product within that ecosystem, now progressing through controlled live pilot testing.
Investment Thesis
A fragmented market
Africans at home and across the diaspora rely on a patchwork of disconnected services for news, travel, community, commerce and money movement.
A trusted destination
Retroverse World brings these needs together in one African-centred platform, built to earn and keep user trust.
A transactional engine
EziMoney provides the payments and transfer capability that turns engagement into transactions, starting with card-funded remittances.
A scalable platform
Production-grade cloud infrastructure on AWS with GitOps delivery supports new corridors, products and partners without re-architecture.

Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 11 July 2026
1. Who we are
Retroverse World and EziMoney are brands of Rospop Labs ("Rospop Labs", "we", "us"). These terms govern your use of retroverseworld.click and its sub-sites, including the EziMoney money transfer service. You can contact us at support@rospoplabs.ai.
Regulatory information. EziMoney is preparing for public launch. Money transfer services will operate in partnership with regulated payment institutions; partner names, licence numbers, and regulator details will be published on this page before live service begins in each market.
2. Using our services
By using Retroverse World you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or send money. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate, up-to-date information at all times.
3. EziMoney money transfers
- Identity verification. Before you can send money, we are required to verify your identity to meet anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. Transfers may be delayed or declined if verification cannot be completed.
- Fees and exchange rates. The fee and the exchange rate applied to your transfer are always shown to you before you confirm. The amount your recipient receives is the amount shown at confirmation.
- Delivery times. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed; they can be affected by recipient banks, mobile wallet providers, local regulations, and compliance checks.
- Cancellations and refunds. You may request cancellation of a transfer that has not yet been paid out by contacting support. Where a transfer is cancelled or fails, we will refund you in accordance with applicable law.
- Refusal and reversal. We may refuse, suspend, or reverse a transfer where required for legal or regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, or sanctions screening.
- Your responsibility. Check recipient details carefully before confirming — transfers sent to the details you provide are deemed correctly delivered. Never send money to people you do not know and trust.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use our services for anything unlawful — including fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion — nor post content that is abusive, defamatory, or infringes others' rights. You must not interfere with the operation of the site, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape content at scale.
5. Content and intellectual property
The Retroverse World and EziMoney names, logos, and site content are the property of Rospop Labs. Content you post remains yours; by posting it you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on our services. We may remove content that breaches these terms.
6. Third-party services
Parts of our platform link to or rely on third-party services (for example travel providers, news sources, and payment partners). We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your statutory rights relating to payment services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control. The content hub (news, travel guides, community posts, AI agents) is provided for general information and entertainment; it is not professional, financial, or travel advice.
8. Complaints
If something goes wrong, email support@rospoplabs.ai with the word "Complaint" in the subject line. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 15 business days.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use of the services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

1. Who is responsible for your data
Rospop Labs is the data controller for personal information collected through Retroverse World and EziMoney. Contact: support@rospoplabs.ai.
2. What we collect
- Account details — name, email address, and profile information you provide.
- Identity verification data — for EziMoney transfers we collect identity documents and related checks, as required by law.
- Transaction details — amounts, currencies, recipient details, and payment history.
- Technical data — device type, browser, IP address, and usage logs used for security and to improve the service.
- Content you choose to post on our community features.
3. How we use it
We use your information to provide the services you request, verify your identity (a legal obligation for money transfers), prevent fraud and financial crime, respond to support requests, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only where necessary: with payout and identity-verification partners to complete your transfers, with service providers who host and operate our infrastructure, and with regulators or law enforcement where legally required.
5. International transfers
Because we move money between countries, some data is processed outside your home country. Where this happens we use appropriate safeguards recognised under UK GDPR.
6. How long we keep it
We keep account data while your account is active. Records connected to money transfers are retained for the periods required by financial regulations (typically at least five years) even after an account is closed.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to certain processing, and receive your data in a portable format. Email us to exercise any right. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies only — to keep you signed in and to protect the security of the service. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not set any non-essential cookies. Because no non-essential cookies are used, no consent banner is required; if analytics or advertising cookies are ever introduced, we will ask for your consent first and provide controls to accept, reject, and manage them. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.
